    At Plugency, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one.

    2. Free Trial

    We offer a free tier that allows you to test our platform before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate our services during this period.

    3. Refund Eligibility

    3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

    For monthly subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment or renewal if:

    • You have not extensively used the paid features
    • The service is not functioning as advertised
    • You experienced technical issues that prevented proper use

    3.2 Annual Subscriptions

    For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment under the same conditions as monthly subscriptions.

    After the initial 14-day period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription, minus a 10% administrative fee.

    4. Non-Refundable Items

    The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

    • Add-on message credits that have been used
    • Subscription fees after the refund eligibility period
    • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
    • Partial months for cancelled subscriptions
    • Currency conversion or transaction fees charged by payment providers

    5. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    1. Email us at support@plugency.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
    2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
    3. Provide your payment reference or transaction ID if available
    4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

    6. Refund Processing

    Once your refund is approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
    • Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear
    • Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days
    • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

    7. Subscription Cancellation

    You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

    • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
    • Your subscription will not automatically renew
    • No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period
    • Your account will be downgraded to the free tier after the billing period ends

    8. Disputes

    If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

    Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate.

    9. Changes to This Policy

    We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
