    What file formats are supported for knowledge base uploads?

    We support PDF, DOCX, TXT, and CSV files. Each file can be up to 50MB depending on your plan.

    How many messages can my agent handle?

    Message limits depend on your plan. Free plans include 100 messages/month, while paid plans offer 5,000 to unlimited messages.

    Can I use Plugency with Telegram?

    Yes! Plugency supports both WhatsApp and Telegram. You can manage multiple channels from a single dashboard.

    How do I upgrade my subscription?

    Go to Settings > Billing and click on 'Upgrade Plan'. Choose your new plan and complete the payment process.

    What happens if I exceed my message limit?

    You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional message credits.
